Welcome to InkWell. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of stationery and office supplies. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

  • “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to InkWell (Pty) Ltd.

  • “Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or business purchasing from or interacting with InkWell.

  • “Products” refer to all stationery and office supply items offered for sale on our website or through our sales representatives.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Online Payment Methods

  • InkWell accepts secure online payments via credit card, debit card, and instant EFT through our approved payment gateway.

  • All online payments are processed using industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal and financial information.

  • InkWell does not store or have access to your card details. All payment data is handled by the authorized payment service provider in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorize InkWell and its payment partners to process the transaction on your behalf.

  • In the event of a payment error, declined transaction, or suspected fraud, InkWell reserves the right to withhold or cancel the order until the issue is resolved.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date at the time of purchase.

5. Delivery

  • InkWell delivers within South Africa unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and courier performance.

  • Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

  • Any delivery discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging.

  • Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for online payments will be issued via the original payment method once the returned goods have been inspected and approved.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment processor or bank.

7. Product Information

  • InkWell strives to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions without prior notice.

  • Product colors and packaging may vary slightly from those shown online due to manufacturing or display differences.

8. Account Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.

  • InkWell is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • InkWell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, designs, product names, and images are the property of InkWell (Pty) Ltd.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy Policy

  • InkWell respects your privacy and handles personal data in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • Customer information is used solely for order processing, account management, and communication.

  • We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties without consent, except as required by law or to complete payment and delivery processes.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
